Camping at Lost Lake

Camping at Lost Lake in Colorado is something everyone should experience at least once in their life.

From the sounds of the wind whistling through the pine trees, or the smell of fresh mountain air, or even drinking from the lake all while watching more stars than you thought could be seen. It was for sure a camping trip I wont forget. The trek there was real tough especially with all the gear that I had to bring with. Starting with camera gear, I was loaded with a few cameras (my new one the Canon 5DS), plenty of lenses, tripods, cards, all that great stuff. Then we had to hike in with all our gear, sleeping bags, ground pads, tents, food and water. It was hard on my back, but totally worth it. We got to shoot a epic sunset on our own with no one else around. We also shot a bit at night and also sunrise the next morning. I had a lot of fun shooting with my buddies and can’t wait to do it again.
